I am a Marriage and Family Therapist with 20-plus years of experience counseling clients who are struggling with anger, relationships, anxiety, grief and loss, and other issues.  I can tell you that there are no magic bullets or magic wands.  It isn't easy, but you can succeed.  I work with my clients to find realistic goals and then support them in achieving the goals they have chosen.  Anger Management is something that can be learned.  You can learn to listen and use the power of direct communication in relationship.  You can gain the tools to manage and master your anxiety.  Things can get better.  You can make changes in your life.   Grief and loss are common to us all in varying degrees and are very personal and deeply felt issues.  There are ways to grieve your losses in life and do more than just survive them.  We can work on it together.

My three major focuses are counseling, grief and loss and anger management.  My therapy practice includes individuals, couples, and groups.  I have a broad base of experience with many different issues and populations.  In anger management, I work with self-referred and court-ordered clients.  I am a Certified Anger Management Specialist trained at the respected Anderson and Anderson, and a diplomate of The American Association of Anger Management Providers.
